What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number and profile picture.

Study activity: the questions you answer, test attempts and scores, saved questions and flashcards, notes, daily targets and streaks. This is what powers your progress, revision and study coach.

Things you send us: doubts, replies in the community, question error reports, and any pictures or voice recordings you attach to them.

Basic technical data: browser type, device type and sign-in times, kept to protect your account and fix problems.

How we use it

To run your account, show your progress, choose revision questions and answer your doubts.

To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse and fix errors.

To improve questions and lessons, for example when many students report the same mistake.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Our teachers and support team can see your doubts, reports and study activity where needed to help you.

In the community, your display name and what you post are visible to other students. Other students never see your email address.

We use trusted service providers, such as hosting and email delivery, only to run the platform. Where we use an AI helper for explanations, only the question being explained is sent, not your account details.

We may share information if the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored in a protected form and connections use encryption. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and do not share your login.

Your choices

You can update your profile from your account page at any time.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and the personal data linked to it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Some records, such as anonymous test statistics, may be kept after deletion because they no longer identify you.

Children

If you are under 18, please use ePrepare Academy with a parent or guardian's knowledge.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell students in the app.
